Low energy, reduced sex drive, and changes in strength or stamina can be frustrating. At Your Formula, we take a personalized approach to men’s sexual health. Depending on your needs, treatment may include traditional prescription medications, customized compounded formulations, hormone therapy, or other therapies designed to support sexual wellness.
At Your Formula, Dr. Jonathan Zaidan, MD, and Suzana Marku, NP-C, provide personalized men’s sexual health services for eligible patients. With telehealth care available throughout Michigan and Florida, Your Formula combines provider evaluation, laboratory testing when appropriate, evidence-based treatment, and ongoing monitoring.

A Personalized Approach to Men’s Sexual Health
Sexual health concerns aren’t always caused by the same underlying issue. Low testosterone, circulation, medications, stress, lifestyle factors, and other aspects of your health may all play a role.
Your Formula begins with a comprehensive evaluation to better understand what you’re experiencing and determine which treatment options may be appropriate.
Your personalized treatment plan may include one or a combination of therapies.
Sildenafil & Tadalafil
Prescription medications such as sildenafil and tadalafil may be used to help men experiencing erectile dysfunction or difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection.
Your provider will review your health history, current medications, symptoms, and goals to determine whether these medications are appropriate for you and which option may best fit your needs.
Customized Compounded Formulations
For some patients, a customized approach may be appropriate. Your Formula can offer compounded formulations based on your individual needs and provider recommendations.
Compounded medications allow for greater personalization when commercially available options may not align with a patient’s specific treatment needs.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
For men with clinically low testosterone, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) may be considered as part of a broader sexual health and wellness plan.
Low testosterone may contribute to symptoms such as reduced libido, low energy, changes in mood or motivation, decreased muscle mass, and reduced overall vitality.
TRT is not recommended based on symptoms alone. Your provider may evaluate your symptoms, medical history, laboratory results, medications, and overall health before determining whether testosterone therapy is appropriate.
PT-141
PT-141 (bremelanotide) is another treatment option that may be considered for certain sexual health concerns. Unlike medications that primarily affect blood flow, PT-141 works through pathways in the nervous system involved in sexual response.
Your provider can determine whether PT-141 may be an appropriate option based on your individual health, symptoms, and treatment goals.
Sublingual Oxytocin
Sublingual oxytocin may also be incorporated into an individualized sexual wellness plan when clinically appropriate.
Oxytocin is a naturally occurring hormone associated with bonding, intimacy, and sexual response. Your provider can discuss whether compounded sublingual oxytocin may have a role in your personalized treatment approach.
How Low Testosterone Is Evaluated
Your care begins with a detailed digital intake and consultation with a licensed provider. Your provider reviews your symptoms, medical history, medications, lifestyle, sexual wellness concerns, and treatment goals.
Laboratory testing may be ordered to assess testosterone levels and other relevant health markers when clinically appropriate. These results are considered alongside your symptoms rather than treated as an isolated number.
From there, your provider can develop an individualized treatment plan. Your treatment isn’t one-size-fits-all. Recommendations are based on your individual health, symptoms, goals, and clinical evaluation.
Why Choose Your Formula
Modern hormone care should be personalized, medically guided, and built around more than a single lab result. Your Formula, founded by Dr. Jonathan Zaidan and Suzana Marku, NP-C, uses a clinician-led telehealth model that combines detailed intake information, appropriate laboratory testing, provider evaluation, and individualized treatment planning.
Your Formula also emphasizes continued provider involvement. Treatment does not end when medication is prescribed. Follow-up, guidance, and adjustments help ensure your treatment plan continues to reflect your symptoms, health, and goals. The practice works with a PCAB-approved pharmacy and is LegitScript certified, supporting a care model focused on accessibility, clinical integrity, and personalized attention.
